Booked this last minute for a family trip to London after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. The location was perfect for our needs. We got the coach up to Hammersmith, the Hotel, was just 2 stops away on the tube and literally right next to the tube station. The room was a good size, the beds were really comfortable, and it had everything I could need for an overnight stay. The room and hotel were well presented, decor was tasteful, and it was very clean throughout. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They even offered room service for a small fee and even though we didn't use it, I thought all the prices were very reasonable. We all agreed we would stay again, and we would recommend to others.

I really appreciated that the room had a proper ironing board and iron, and a proper blow dryer. All essential items, for me at least, when traveling for business. As well as a refrigerator, also necessary for me since I'm vegan and packing lunches etc. Ordered Americanos in the mornings from the front desk, also excellent. (I only wish they had some sort of shelf or something in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc. You have to put it all on the floor which is kind of annoying.) Best place I've stayed in London for many years. 20-minute walk to Olympia, so good for fairgoers. All in all, I highly recommend.

Excellent location next to Shepard's Bush station, but you cannot hear it. It is walking distance from Westfield shopping centre and BBC television centre as well as opposite Shepherds Bush Market. Plenty to see and great restaurants/cafes nearby. Our room was very clean, had a comfy bed and lovely modern bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities are provided and lots of storage for clothes. It also had a mini fridge and safe. The staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated all of our needs. Would highly recommend!

The staff were amazing ,very helpful. The hotel was spotless ,a big thumbs up to the cleaning team.location was great right next to Shepherds Bush Market tube and Shepherds Bush central line an easy 10 minute walk away, along with many bus route options. Bed was very comfortable with nice crisp bedding to greet you. Air Conditioning was also an added bonus. Well maintained boutique hotel ,can highly recommend.

It was lovely and clean. And the gentleman helped with all we asked. He was so helpful. Plus with it not being a chain hotel !! We were treated like royalty. Oh and the shower was the best ever I have been in. I have been in a lot of hotels around uk and in major hotel chains. My sister and myself had a room to share. With extra king size bed and single bed. Oh and air con. Was a bonus. But a nice bonus.
